Drifting to sleep by lullaby, a dreamer moves into the first adventure, inquisitive & fascinating but lacking closure. Breathing deeply, creeping to the second dream: our hero sinks into despair, a lingering sense of lurking in the periphery, tiptoeing but later running to flee the hellion, a confrontation & eventual victory ensues. Falling yet again into heavy sleep, the dreamer awakes in a journey of flight, the finding of oneself in the midst of a journey, the acceptance of fate. Mimicking the sleep cycle, inspired by Camus’s The Stranger, Gaiman’s The Sandman, and Nietzche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra
